Hotel, Airbnb and Apartment Delivery

In Istanbul, we deliver to your hotel, Airbnb or serviced apartment. You can choose a morning or an afternoon slot, and our team confirms the exact window with you on WhatsApp. For other destinations, delivery arrangements are planned with you in advance.

Hotel reception may be able to receive the equipment on your behalf, so check with your hotel first and tell us who will receive the delivery. For apartments and Airbnb stays, share the full address, your check-in time and any access details, so delivery can be coordinated with your arrival.

For selected destinations outside Istanbul, delivery may be possible when it is planned in advance and availability is confirmed.
